- Mon Jun 15, 2009 12:32 pm #123035 hey everyone, i was wondering how fast i would be going at 7500 rpms in fifth gear. i have a jdm b16 engine and tranny. if anyone can give me a close estimate, or tell me how to calculate it i would appreciate it.thanks

- Mon Jun 15, 2009 1:05 pm #123048 haha you're hilarious. the only problem with that is that the speedo only goes to 120 mph. thats why i asked how to calculate it. and no its past 120. my speedo is pretty accurate and it was way past 120.anyone know how to really tell me how fast it is?

- Mon Jun 15, 2009 1:28 pm #123058 According to http://www.zealautowerks.com/transcalc.php a JDM B16 Tranny and Stock height wheels @ 7500 in 5th would be doing 149mph.

However if you had a Del Sol VTEC USDM 99-00 Si Tranny it would be 139 @ 7500.
