Minor Update.
Decided to Stay B20 Non-Vtec, with B16 Transmission. Thought heavily about super charging, There are also thoughts of upgrading to Stage 2 Non-VTEC Cams. Delta Cams are only about 30-45mins away so I would probably go through them. Any Tuning would be through Speed Factory.
Definite plans are to make the B20 Bottom end more compatible with higher Revs. I am pulling the B20/Tranny to swap clutch this weekend. While its out The 19Tooth LS Water pump is being replaced by a 22T GSR Waterpump. A New Oil pump and GSR Timing belt are also being installed. The Clutch is being replaced with an XTD Stage 2 and accompanying pressure plate.
My Stage 2 Clutch Kit, 22T GSR Waterpump, Gsr Timing belt, Oil Pump are sitting in my living room waiting for this weekend. I'm Waiting on my new Cam Seal but it should be here before sunday when its going in.
I will have lots of Pics sunday evening/night when I get back home.

Warning, 40pics.
In my uncles shop
New oil pump that came with my B20 I didn't put in when I originally got my b20.
GSR Waterpump
XTD Stage 2 Clutch kit
Preping to pull out
Organized tools FTW, ONLY way to work IMO.
CAI,Radiator, etc taken off
Everything removed and ready to come out
Chevy v8 Towhook in the power steering mount location
Bolt on the back of the head
Passenger side chain hookup.
Out she comes
Need to come out at a 45' Angle
Draining Transmission Fluid. Refilled with Half snchromesh/10w-30
Pulled the Valve Cover getting ready for new oilpump/waterpump
Removed side panel to see Honda oem ls timing belt, water pump and oil pump
me working on car
19T LS Waterpump
19T LS Waterpump Removed, Notice how wet everything is now? I didn't except there to still be coolant there.
22T GSR Waterpump Installed. got work happy and forgot to take pics.
Picture from up above, Cant really see it to well. my bad.
Full dressed up with 22T GSR Waterpump, GSR Timing belt and oem covers
Old Clutch, notice that the rivets are warn
Old honda OEM Pressure plate, Notice the scarring from the old clutch, when I saw this i was glad I got the kit.
XTD Stage 2 Clutch and XTD "HD" Pressure Plate, Lighter to press down then the Honda OEM one. kinda disapointed in that.
Engine/Transmission back together with new clutch
Installed in Delsol
Delsol out of garage under own power.
We Started today at 12Pm Noon, We had around a half hour lunch around 2:30 and left a cleaned and locked up shop at 7:10. Not bad for tearing a car apart, putting in a new waterpump and timing belt, then clutch and putting it all back together agian.
I was going to replace my oil pump at this time as well. However the oil pump had a few differences then my oem honda oil pump, and although their is an OEM code in the box its not an OEM honda pump. I figured my OEM honda pump is better then the obvious china knock off pump into my car.
my aftermarket camseal didn't make it in time for todays work. I will put one in with ARP Rod bolts at a later time. However I wont be needing to take the engine out agian, atleast for a while.
Sorry for all the pics, just picked the creame of the crop and still had 40. and that was including not takening any during most of the reassembly(got work happy agian, lol)

awesome work man.. if it were me, i would have left the engine in the car and just swore a hell of a lot more
pretty awesome how there is so much coolant left in the water pump eh? i have encountered that a few times..
so what's the plans for the ARP head studs you mention? ... bigger tooth wp and rod bolts??
i smell higher RPM's coming??

Just need to take some good pictures and it will be ready to try for ROTM.
Thanks. I love my B20, Especially mated to a B16 or GSR Tranny. Tons of Torque. Makes for a very fun drive.

Did a mini Photoshoot. A Friend took this picture for me. My other friend let me barrow his camera and take a few pictures as well. Once I get them I will upload them and post them here.

Because you when spin higher Rpms with the engine, the water pump spins slower to reduce cavitation where the water "bubbles". Since he is planning on doing something with the head we will just have to see
