Damn... if the cops had the guts to do that here, all hell would break loose.
And I'd probably turn to a life of crime to get some payback ASAP.

thats stupid crushing the cars isnt going to solve anything.. just make ppl more angry

it's going to make them haul ass when a cop flips his lights on instead of pulling over. A high speed chase is more dangerous than organized street racing.

I think a lot of these cars could easily out run your average cop car.

X2 their cars are supposedly crushed because of stolen parts also

i live in cali and thats the reason why i dont go to the street races anymore... spectating tickets, killings, dumb ass ppl who dunno how to drive...and i do agree with u guys street racing will not stop by doing this but as they said it will put a dent and slow it down for a little bit

This just seems very wrong. I hope the burdon of proof is very high, otherwise regular speeding or maybe reckless driving cases are going to morph into racing cases. Howabout we burn down the crack houses? What about crushing the DUI cars? I noticed that all the crushed cars are hondas. Looks like all of them are clean JDM style also. I'm just worried that police profiling will result in lots of crushed Japanese cars while the Mustangs, Harleys etc slip through. Is the crushing the result of an actual law that was passed by the state, of just some local government taking themselves too seriously? From what I heard on the news, California is doing this because of a dozen deaths related to illegal street racing. A dozen in a week, month, year, 5 years?

they are profiling already while the domestics pass by...

thats ftp thats so gay...the import scene around here is non existent. but seems how i have a d15b6 in my crx i dont race anyone anyways
