Posted: Mon Jun 20, 2016 10:55 amI live in Europe and I have an almost stock EG3 which came with power steering from the factory. I'm pretty sure it's just an option, you can find EG4s with or without PS as well as EG3s. Are you asking this because you want to know if the PS from another EG will fit yours? It definitely will fit.

Posted: Sun Jul 10, 2016 9:54 pmI'm from europe too, Portugal... Here all the eg civics came with power steering.... You can easily remove it, so don't let it be the reason to choose your perfect civic....
