where to buy a h atch????

Hey guys my h atch needs serious help. Its rusty to the point there are no license plate lights and its rusting all around the lic plate i seen the carbon fiber ones which look really good but is there anywhere i can find a replacement tried looking on amazon and ebay but couldnt come up with anything non cf . . . . .

Rust free OEM ones are on ebay for around $200.
