35 watt bulbs work with a 55 watt hid set up?

would 35 watt bulbs work with a 55 watt hid set up for my headlights the left of my headlamp went out so i was jus wondering

Yes it does. the 55W set up is generally used to get rid of the Headlight errors some other Make get like BMW and shit..

I was using the 55W Bi Xenon on my civic and just ended up slapping 35w bulbs still using my 55w ballasts once one of my Bi Xenon bulbs went.... No issues yet. Been 2 months.

most brand new 55w kits come with 35 w bulbs.
