Best suspension setup for H22A4 swapped EG

Hi, noob here.

I've got an H22A4 swapped EG8 as my daily and it's more or less sorted except for the suspension.

Was previously running coilover sleeves on stock springs on stock shocks but it was low and due to the oil chamber being exceptionally low, resulted in a lot of scrapes on uneven roads, speedbreakers etc.

Removed the sleeves and ran stock springs/stock shocks but now the shocks are moaning and the front isn't confidence-inspiring on hard pulls.

Would really appreciate suggestions on the best-damped option for the front suspension, taking into account the low oil chamber and daily driving. Karachi roads are horribly uneven so that's always a concern.
