If I'm not mistaken, your answers are yes and yes. I'm sure someone else will chime in soon.

be sure to have all the mounting hardware. You may need to go to the hardware store to buy a nut for the back of the subframe as integras have this nut welded to the subframe.

For disc brakes you need the ebrake and it would be EASIER if you got the entire trailing arm. It is possible to replace just the hub and caliper section but you require a Torx bit and alot of umph.

make sure you have 5, 12, 13, 46 (4 of them), 10, 7, 33, 8, 11, 6, 45, 36

you also need the integra lca control arms with the swaybar hole for the endlinks. so you need the 16, 19 too as well.

for the rear brakes, you will need the ebrake cables, brake lines, (trailing arm is optional but its easier to remove it with it).

when i did my integra rear brake swap i found that the ebrake lines were too long. I had to swap to the EG Si cables to ahve a fully functional and tight ebrake. other than that took me like an hour to do the whole swap minus bleeding the brakes. one of the easiest swaps i've done in a while

the integra ones are longer if you have a hatch and too short if you have a coupe. You do not have to use the conventional bolt up points to use it. Many have use the integra ones regardless. I actually bought brand new $120 for two new coupe cables for my car to ensure it worked.
