upper control arm?/HELP

I EED help, 95 hatchback cx, i know i need ball joints, and upper control arms, geeting it all done next week when i have time, but when i turn my wheel theres is a LOUD squeaking noise, really loud, i know its my upper control arms i think? but what can i do to stop the squeaking noise for now, because its really loud and dont even want to drive with it

Turning the wheel shouldn't cause any sound in the upper control arms. They don't pivot with steering. Is it a squeal noise as in the PS belt? Tighten it down and check the condition of the belt and the pulley.

mechanic said it was my upper control arm bushing, its a loud sound, and i dont have PS
