- Tue Nov 04, 2008 4:58 am #77091 I was just wondering what could it be? my car turns left only 1 and 1/2 of a turn but when i turn right i turn like till it rubs? what can be causing this? i just change the tie rods and outer tie rods on both side since they were bent

reason for change - alignment w/new tires

cause? neone

- Wed Nov 05, 2008 1:40 am #77215 When you adjust the tie rods they should be about equal length. Your description is very vague as Greasedmonkey pointed out, but it sounds like you have one tie rod adjusted very short and the other very long.

Another possibility is that you're slammed with big rims with the wrong offset and they're not clearing something.

- Wed Nov 05, 2008 2:23 am #77234 no was not in a wreck lol just got a alignment when i got tires i got 195/60/15, and yes i am counting from the center it turns left 1 1/2 but then when i turn right it seems like it turns 2/ 1/4 a little more not sure what it could be
